How Does Shipping Work?

Free shipping for orders ₱990 and up! Otherwise, it’s a flat rate of ₱87.

Your items will be shipped from NCR normally within 24 hours of placing your order. We partner with couriers such as SPX and J&T to deliver your parcel.

For deliveries outside NCR area, we’re using LBC branch pickup. Collect your parcel from the nearest LBC branch for faster and more reliable delivery.

Same-Day Delivery? For NCR customers, chat your order via Facebook/Instagram Messenger and settle via GCash by 2 PM on weekdays and enjoy same-day delivery.

Can I shop without filling out forms? Talk to a real person instead?

What are your policies on returns, exchanges, and refunds?

All returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
