How does shipping work?

Free shipping for orders ₱990 and up! Otherwise, it’s a flat rate of ₱87.

Your items will be shipped from NCR normally within 24 hours of placing your order. We partner with couriers such as J&T Express, LBC, and SPX to deliver your parcel.

Can I shop without filling out forms? Talk to a real person instead?

Do you have Same-Day Delivery?

For NCR customers, chat your order via Facebook/Instagram Messenger and settle via GCash by 2 PM on weekdays and enjoy same-day delivery.

How do payments work?

We’ve partnered with the popular and secure PayMongo Payment Solutions to process Credit Cards, Debit Cards, GCash, and other methods. They are PCI DSS Level 1 certified and regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

What are your policies on returns, exchanges, and refunds?

Is there any factory defect? Not happy with the product?

All returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please contact customer service here to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
